1. You can return only unused products you have ordered if informed on the same day of Delivery.
2. Used products cannot be returned.
3. Refund for all orders is credited as Store Credits only in the form of Credit Note, which can be used at bharatandtanvi.com only.
4. Store Credits are valid for 6 months and can be used for new orders placed at BTC only.
5. Orders placed using Store Credits are not eligible for Returns.
6. Returns are picked up from the comfort of your home. However, if the courier is not serviceable at the pincode, you would be asked to self-courier it at our address.
